How flexible is my subscription plan?
Very! You know better than us what cleaning products you use and how frequently you run out of them. So we didn’t want to create a one size fits all subscription service. Our system works differently to others You choose what products are right for your needs and tell us how often you want to receive refills. You are in total control as to what you order and when you receive it as well as skipping months if on holiday.
Why should I use your subscription service?
Why wouldn’t you? There are so many benefits; You save 10% on all refills going forward. Help dramatically reduce plastic waste and CO2 emissions. Never run out of our multi-award winning, eco-friendly cleaning formulations. Save time without having to think about re-ordering cleaning products.
Is there a fee to set up my subscription plan?
No, it's free to join and you save money, as all members of our Subscriber Club receive 10% discount on their refills. You only pay for the products you buy and can amend your plan as often as your cleaning needs change.
I want to make changes to my subscription plan. Is that allowed?
Absolutely. Just log into your account and edit whatever you wish. You can alter the amount of refills you receive, the frequency and can you can also skip a month. There’s also an option to add or remove products onto your next order. if you need help, please reach out to our team at support@cleanlivingint.com and they will be happy to help.
What if I want to cancel?
You’re in full control so can cancel at any time. It is however much better not to cancel and simply visit your personal account dashboard to manage your subscription so that you tailor it to your own cleaning needs. You can even skip a month if you don’t need any cleaning products at the moment or go on holiday. We hope you never need to but if you do, please ensure you cancel before your next delivery to avoid any further charges on your card.

Can I just give it a try?
Yes, you can place a one-off order if you prefer. If you choose to join the Subscribers Club, there are no commitments. You can change, delay or cancel recurring orders at any time by logging into your account plus you get a 10% discount on all your refills.
