Three things we are doing to make it easier for Clean Living customers to reduce their impact and have a healthy home.
The first way to further reduce your impact on the planet is a subscription system that allows customers to receive refills for their empty aluminium bottles, exactly when they need them. Instead of running out and panic buying another plastic bottle from the supermarket.
After seeing many of our customers returning to purchase refills, We conducted a survey and found that 70% of respondents would like a refill subscription service. With such a high level of demand, we listened and set to work on creating the system. Now customers can simply create an account, choose what refills they would like to receive and when then simply sit back and await their delivery. Customers have complete control over their accounts and can amend deliveries dates at any point. They can alter the number of refills, and the frequency of them, as well as skip a month if they predict they will need less for any reason (e.g. a holiday).
We ship our cleaning concentrates inside sachets, that are simply poured into its 100% recyclable aluminium bottles before topping up with tap water. After an initial purchase, the aluminium bottle can be reused again and again. This not only reduces plastic waste but also reduces the carbon impact of shipping water-filled bottles around the country.

Our offering lets customers tailor their replenishment deliveries according to their individual cleaning needs. We know that no two households are the same. Everyone has different cleaning requirements, so we made sure that our subscription service has complete flexibility to be tailored to the exact needs of each household, with an option to delay delivery if needed.”
We will now be working in partnership with Born Free, donating 1% of our revenue to the non-profit. Which will contribute to the vital work that they carry out to protect a wide variety of animals and their habitats. We will also be sharing regular top tips, the latest news, and information on how to live more sustainably via the Born Free blog.
The third new scheme being introduced to help customers reduce their impact on the planet relates to recycling. Every Clean Living product now includes a self-addressed envelope with orders, so that empty refill sachets can be returned for responsible recycling. Customers can simply add a free SAE envelope to their basket when placing an order.
